“Very well looked after, good nights sleep”
Reviewed March 18, 2013

I have just stayed at this hotel whilst on a residential course. The hotel rooms are very comfortable, with good facilities and very clean. All the staff were extremely helpful and willing to do that little bit extra that can make all the difference to your stay. The hotel was busy with passengers and flight personnel, but they were geared up for this and not once did I have to wait for breakfast & or service. They even have direct access to Crawley's train platform, which made travel for me extremely easy.
All in all, I would definitely stay here again, both on business and for pleasure.

With an early flight out of Gatwick, we booked a night at this hotel. On arrival we found our booking was not on the hotel's system. This proved to be no problem at all because the receptionist was extremely helpful and found us another room immediately. We were able to book the 4 night parking package (extended by one night for a reasonable charge) and spent a very comfortable night in an excellent room. Not wishing to use the restaurant, we ordered club sandwiches from room service and these were delivered quickly and were fresh and tasty. the receptionist arranged for our transfer by bus to the airport in the morning. On our return, we rang the hotel and were collected very promptly by the courtesy bus and returned to the hotel to pick up our car from the underground secure parking. This service may also include bringing your car to the airport on your return and having your car valeted while you are away. The price for the room and parking was incredibly reasonable and the whole service worked so well, we certainly can recommend this hotel to anyone flying to or from Gatwick.

arrived at hotel aound 5.30 pm quick check in allocated room at front of building comfy beds, they only supplied tea coofee for one cup after asking others guests we had to ask for additional supplies at front desk at 8.30 pm it was very busy with check in as numerous flight staff checking in, we asked for the airport transfer which was advertised only to be told they only take 7 people every quarter to the the hour and our time slot was full, we then ordered a taxi which cost us £12.00 for one way , we did not use the resturant for evening meal as reading other reviews it was prompted as being way over priced and after seeing the menus I can only agree, the town centre was only minites away to walk to and very central, we had a few drinks in the bar had breakfast the next morning before going to airport, plenty different selection, the check out desk was crazy busy the next morning with all the flight staff checking out. we were able to hand our key in at side as we had paid up the previous evening . we used the park and meet service and can only commend the service to having the meet service at gatwick would recommend this to friends and will use again.

Room Tip: if you wantairport transfer ask at check in, if wanting to eat check this out before visit

This is the second time we have used this hotel for an overnight stay and car parking, we were greeted politely and quickly found our room, the prices are great, the rooms are comfortable, very quiet and quite large for a low priced option.
We will certainly use it again if we fly early from Gatwick, we did not use the restaurant so are unable to comment on the food ,(we booked in on valentines day and Weatherspoon’s had a two meals and bottle of wine offer that could not be refused £20).

Some of the front desk staff are off-handed in their approach to the clientele, and this tarnishes the experience of what could be a pleasant stay. Showers are small and leak onto the bathroom floor through bad design. Location is good and breakfast is ample.

Booked hotel last minute through laterooms. On arriving at the hotel booking wasn't there but this apparently isn't unusual on such a late booking. The check in was very easy and receptionist very polite. The room was a very good size and bathroom was spotless. The stay was excellent value for money. Would definatley reccommend this hotel and will use again.
