This was our first visit so we were unsure of what to expect, we purchased garden only tickets and took along a picnic. Parking was close to the entrance and even during the school holiday it wasn't at all busy.
The gardens are stunning especially looking across the pond towards the church. It's so beautiful, an ideal place to get away from it all. The gardeners obviously work very hard!
The grounds are vast and our small boys ran for miles. We took a 30 minute ride on the train for £2 each, it was a lovely way to end a perfect family day.

The gardens are by far our favourite part of this attraction, the house is beautiful, but the gardens are serene and calming and a wonderful place to take photographs.

I recommend taking a picnic with you as the restaurant is often busy.

I didn`t know what to expect but I was very impressed with Weston Park! The gardens are beautiful, the lake as well, loved the roses walk. The house itself its stunning! The fact that was a guide in each room was a lovely touch. We had a great day out and that`s what we needed! We will be back! :)

We visited weston park today, very surprised that the house itself is not open on a Saturday, but the kids wanted to play on the park so they didn't mind too much, although the fact that the zip wire was out of order disappointed them!
We paid over £20 admission and I do think that's a bit steep for a play park and nice walks, especially when the free Staffordshire out and about newspaper by the tills had a free adult admission voucher with another paying adult in that we weren't told about when we picked one up to read. On top of that £2 extra per person for a train ride around the park, thank goodness we took our own food! A takeaway sandwich I saw in the shop was over £3!
Do feel a little ripped off by the prices here, which is a shame as its a beautiful place and safe for the kids to run around and play.

I visited the park and gardens with my partner and two children. Lots of beautiful spots for a picnic, the rose walk and formal gardens were lovely and the children enjoyed themselves for hours on the adventure park and mini railway. The price I found a little steep for just the park and I'm glad we took our own picnic as food prices were high too. Good day out for those who like walking.
