Weston Park is beautiful. We have now had annual passes for the last two years which are great for taking the kids to the adventure playground whenever weather permits. Loads of discounted day events and only £2 each for the bonfire extravaganza . The farm shop is great for some lovely alternative food ,the art gallery above is lovely also. The granary grill is also amazing and the food and staff wonderful. Lovely day out.

We came here for the christmas market which was nice. Also had a go on the miniature railway which took us into the woods and back.

Last night my wife and I were fortunate enough to dine & stay at Weston Park courtesy of our daughter as our combined Christmas and birthday gifts.

We arrived around 5pm and were shown to our spacious, elegantly decorated room - The Brewood Room. The canopied bed it contained would later prove to be extremely comforable.
The en-suite bathroom was also large and contained both a bath and seperate large shower cubicle. No wonder this room is favoured as the 'bridal suite'.

We and our fellow guests assembled at 7pm for pre-dinner drinks in the area adjacent to the Library and Main Dining rooms. Whilst enjoying our glasses of champagne, we listened to a selection of Christmas carols sung by The Bridgenorth Choral Society.

Dinner was served in the classically elegant Main Dining Room and was accompanied by a lady Harpist. The food and service, led by Head Butler - Graeme, was excellent. My wife and I can certainly recommend the (locally sourced) Rack of Lamb.

Breakfast the following day was also served in the Main Dining Room and featured locally sourced sausage and bacon.

This Weston Park Chrismas Dining Experiance was our first, and will certainly remain a cherished memory for years to come - thank you Fae. However, we plan for it not to be our only Weston Park Chrismas Dining experiance, as we intend to book for next years - albeit at our own expense this time.

If you are looking for an extra special dining event for yourself and partner, and\or friends, then an evening such as we had will prove to be really 'something special'!

Attended the Christmas fair at Weston park and wanted to see the house while we were there.
The fair was good with plenty to try and buy but our main item on the agenda was to see the home of the Bradford family.
Opened at twelve midday but because it was winter we were only allowed to visit the downstairs of the house so we missed out on the 27 bedrooms .
That said ,what we did see for the two pounds entrance fee was very good nice paintings lovely furniture and all set up for Xmas with real Xmas trees and decorations with plenty of old and modern family photos to give it that real lived in feeling.
The guides on hand are probably some of the best informed friendly people I have come across at any home or castle I have visited.
I would have rated this visit higher if we could have seen more as there was no info to warn us that not everything was open.
There are plenty of places to have a refreshment break or buy local produce as the whole place is well run ( you have to be to hold V Fest 90,000 people) so worth a visit if not to busy.
