I have eaten there several times, the restaurant tucked away. The food was excellent, the service good, good ambience and not too expensive

Found the service and ambience good but unfortunately that's about it. The quality and quantity of the food were not upto expectation, especially for the prices on the menu. The spanish ciabatta priced at £3.95 was served in 3 tiny portions, hardly a tapa to share! The spanish omlette we ordered was served with a supposedly spicy red pepper tapenade but far from it the whole dish was rather bland. Seems like the word spicy is calibrated very differently by the chef.

The setting is lovely, although it is on a busy road the minute you step in there you are made to feel welcome, the service is top notch. However the food is a little meh! the price was reasonable but i can't say i left feeling like i wanted to go back again despite the lovely atmosphere.

we went there after the cricket at trent bridge nottingham . it had wall dividers open to the elements and as it was such a lovely night we ate out doors , ambience was great and a great setting in the cateredral district of the old city , food wasnt brilliant but it was passable and hot and did the job , dont have the sangria its about as stong as a glass of water and is quite expensive bootle of wine is better value all in all with the setting a good night
