We were at Donington last year for the British Superbikes, and were fortunate enough to be guests of one of the sidecar teams, whose hospitality was excellent and provided a great place to explore the circuit. While it's a good circuit with great views, it's not as friendly or photogenic as Oulton Park or Cadwell Park, but the walk round the circuit is a good one as the service road circles the entire track. Quality merchandising, much more than other BSB rounds, but the paddock is a little less accessible and open in comparison to others, but that didn't detract from the day, you're still being buzzed by riders whizzing round on pitbikes and scooters and the atmosphere is good. The only issues I had, was that photography was difficult due to the high safety fencing that surrounds the entire circuit, which made things difficult. And the infield, on which work was started when they were going to host F1, but lost the deal, remains unfinished and is a bit of an eyesore, but I understand that that's going to be sorted soon. Other than that, we'll be going again this year!
