Great place, friendly staff, excellent food loads of options, large selection of beers and wines. Defo try the lamb dumplings. Just down the road from derby train station.

Been here many times. Always a friendly welcome and the food is good and good value.

Can get a meal for less than £25 a head. Which includes one drink.

My advice is to try the MO MO for a starter. It is their take on dim sum dumplings and they come with a lightly spiced sauce. Full of meat and delicious. Always a favourite. I go there on business but it is suitable for all groups. Never been on a Saturday after any football or rugby matches though.

I have eaten here a number of times, and although I only rate it as average, I do like it. The quality of the food on the menu is quite variable. Some dishes are sublime, others taste far too sweet as though they had just come out of a jar, so it can be a bit of pot luck!

The staff are very friendly and the dining area is very clean. Lighting is quite bright which does give it a slightly cold and clinical feel. The speed of service can be slow, especially when it comes to getting the bill. The price is very good though, which does offset most of the negatives!

Average overall, but still recommended.

The food here is excellent, avoid the tempation to go for the "normal" Indian dishes and treat yourself to something Nepalese (Gurkha). The quality of the food and flavours is not to be missed, this coupled with the friendly front of house people makes eating here something special.
Note: there is no outdoor seating but I had to rate it, if they did have some I'm sure it would be as good as everything else.

Unassuming from the outside, particularly when compared to its brash, noisy neighbours, you shouldn't walk past this restaurant. Serving a mix of Nepalese and Indian dishes, the food quality, service and value for money are excellent. The staff are quiet but efficient. The service was prompt but not overbearing. The food was top quality and just enough in terms of portion size. Popadum and pickles are complimentary unlike the local competition who charge at least £3. A large Nepalese beer, vegetarian main course and rice cost less than £17, about what you might pay for a main course in one of the noisy neighbours. Keep your fancily dressed doormen and waiters and your poncy decor; my money is spent on the food and the Mount Everest ticks all the boxes for me. I will be back
