We only stayed 2 nights and didn't sample the food at all as we were visiting family close by and ate there. The place was very clean and plenty of space. Quiet in the evenings and so nice that check-in is from 12 (not 3 as in most places) and check-out at 12 (not 10 as in most places). Room was super with large comfy bed and glorious pillows (we always take our own, but didn't need them here). Bathroom was very clean with loads of room for showering. Facilities such as computer access was very good. Only downsides were it was difficult to get into the hotel entrance coming from the other side of the road and you had to go past it and down to a roundabout and double back to be on the right side. Also, the satnav postcode given takes you past the hotel and into a trading estate, so watch out for hotel and pull in when it is obvious and don't follow the satnav to the last second.

Spotlessly clean and very well presented hotel. Minimal and functional. Very comfortable bed, good blackout blinds and quiet room made for a great night's sleep. The only criticism is of the TV in one of our rooms, which didn't work properly. The chap manning the bar/reception/switchboard late at night was unable to repair it, so offered us another room or a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast tasted all the more delicious for being free!

Stayed here to attend a friend's party. It is what it is, but what it is, is a great budget hotel. Cheap rooms, comfortable bed, good shower and a very good value breakfast. Friendly staff and a location close to both Gloucester & Cheltenham plus the Cotswolds, means this ticks all the boxes it needs to. Would stay again.

I found this hotel to be relaxed and chilled, no pomp it knows what it is, a chain budget hotel, £35pn cannot be bad! The rooms are simple but well equipped, comfortable and adequate.
This hotel is on the outskirts of the city but a short walk from a main bus route so the centre is only £1.80 away!! there is plenty of free parking.
I did not stay for brekki or use the bar but it all looked pretty good.
If i return to Gloucester i would look to rest my head here.

Room Tip: ask for a carpark room the front of the hotel is on a main road so may be noisey

Its a very modern hotel, conveniently located. Unfortunately we were given a room on the top floor and we think the hotel airconditioning unit may have been directly above us on the roof as we were kept awake all night by a constant loud droning sound. The room was spotlessly clean, with laminate flooring and a pod-style bathroom - small but again, spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, and I am sure if our room had been located elsewhere in the hotel, we would have had two good nights sleep. Another negative was the tv - it was faulty and couldn't give us the movies we had paid for. To their credit, the hotel offered to refund the £9.99 we had paid. But what the hotel doesn't make abundantly clear is the wifi/tv package is £9.99, and the in room tv only offers 5 or 6 channels at best, which we find quite poor in comparison to other hotels. Finally, we ate at the restaurant the first night and were first told the steak and ale pie was not available, then the burger meal wasn't available, then the chicken fillet meal was not available.... very disappointing indeed.

Room Tip: As for a room anywhere but on the top floor.
