“Very Nice attic room”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 21, 2013

Me and my boyfriend stayed here on a saturday night for my bithday and we were chuffed. The room was beautiful, and we loved the massive shower (no bath though which could have been nice). The location was brilliant as we were a only a short walk from the town centre which took around 10 mins yet it was silent sleeping at night. I believe it was very good for the price, the bed was huge and so comfy, the bathroom was modern, the tv was brilliant and it was very very clean. We would definately stay here again. The only gripe i would have is that the lady we met at the check in desk seemed a bit antsy and didnt off any help in showing us to our room which was up 4 flights of stairs.

Room Tip: I would advise the superior double as we had tons of space and those little extras always make your...

A good quality B&B just 10 minute walk into the centre of Harrogate. The room was on the expensive side but it is Harrogate so you should expect it and it was on the luxury side of B&B accomodation.
The welcome was nice but a little distant. Our room was on the ground floor, next to the entrance to the owners accomodation and we were disturbed by them getting up early and the smell of cigarette smoke coming from them. However, the room was modern, stlish and very clean with a power shower. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice and the staff very friendly.
We would return.

Room Tip: Ask for the first floor.

Lovely B & B with "boutique" features. Usually stay in a hotel so was not sure what to expect however it was perfect ! Spotlessly clean, large bedrooms with seating area, lovely added extras eg. cookies, bathrobes, complimentary toiletries and egyptian towls. The bed was enormous and comfortable and we were able to park outside free of charge.A 5 minute walk took us int Harrogate to shops, restaurants etc.Breakfast was served in a lovely dining room and was delicious. Highly recommended !

Nice B&B but not really my cup of tea. Not too far out of the centre but could not imagine sitting in the attractive lounge area - indeed I did not see anyone in there. Room was very well furnished but rather small. Stayed one night and that was enough for me.

I ordered poached eggs for breakfast which weren't proper poached eggs ie they had been put in those little basins and were this peculiar round shape. The plates were very hot (which is good) but unfortunately they were so hot my eggs carried on cooking and it was like eating hard boiled eggs!

Lovely B&B within 5 minutes walking distance to Harrogate center. The accommodation is nicely decorated, very clean and very comfortable. My room was equipped with a large LCD, kind size bed and sofa area. Further in the rooms you'll find nice amenities such a lovely cookies, coffee and tea making facilities with large mugs. You almost feel like "home away from home". Ajacted to the B&B is a nice public lounge with a small bar as well. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. They even arrange an earlier breakfast time for myself at 7:45 am, as I had to leave for a course every day. The breakfast in the morning is a buffet with lots of high quality products. Cooking food such as traditional English breakfast, you can order from the breakfast menu. Will definitely stay here again, when I am in Harrogate.

This was the first time I have stayed in a B & B rather than an hotel, wasn't sure what to expect but was thoroughly delighted. The accommodation was lovely, nicely decorated, clean, comfy bed, big cosy towels lots of nice little touches that I would not have expected from a B & B. We stayed over a cold weekend and the room was nice and warm throughout the day and night. The owners are welcoming and made us feel very much at home. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room and a good breakfast with lots of choice, they use good quality produce. Should we visit Harrogate again we will definitely be staying at The Grafton and have already recommended it to our friends. It's in an excellent location only a short walk to the conference centre and the town centre. Couldn't have asked for more.

Room Tip: My daughter and I shared the twin room, very large sofa, table and a lovely bathroom more like a min...

This is an extremely comfortable and well appointed B&B. All the rooms and public areas are well decorated. Bathrooms look recently modernised, beds are comfortable. There is an added bonus of a comfortable public lounge bar which is open all day and in the evening. There is a comprehensive breakfast menu, both the food and the service are excellent.

Situated within 5 minutes walk of the International Conference Centre and town centre the Grafton is an ideal place to stay for a car free break.
