Fantastic B&B - lovely rooms with en-suite. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast is great and Tracey and Andy always willing to meet your requirements. Easy to walk to the Exhibition Centre or the town centre. Will be back next time I am in Harrogate or surrounding area!

Wynnstay House is full of character, Tracey and Andy, the owners are so friendly, you will feel totally at ease and relaxed when you arrive. The house is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and even has double plug sockets when using those all important straightners for us ladies! They even supply a hairdrier! THE BREAKFAST, well i do love my porride, but have yet to taste one better than Tracey's. The whole menu is fab and tasty, everything homemade including the bread. This lovely B&B is 100% for everything and literally 5mins walk to Harrogate. Parking is easy on the road just outside the house, Tracey ensures you have a parking permit for your stay, so could't be simpler. It's also near Betty's tea rooms which is a must visit.... Wynnstay is great value for money and both Tracey and Alan cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable and memorable - this B&B is highly recommended, amazing.. Gina & Dean from Hertfordsire

Room Tip: All rooms are quiet and beautiful but if your tall recommend Tantallon big with a long bed.. we had...

Thank you so much for taking the time to compile such a positive review - it is always great to know that our guests have been happy and felt at home. We are glad that you enjoyed breakfast as you are right, we do try to ensure everything is homemade or locally sourced - it is the most important meal of the day, they say! We hope you have the opportunity to visit us in the future and thank you once again for your kind comments. Best wishes Andy & Tracey.

My partner and I stayed at Wynnstay House last weekend and wanted to write a review as we found this b and b to be of a very high standard indeed. Our room was immaculate and the breakfasts were exceptional. The owners Tracey and Andy are friendly and very helpful and we will certainly stay again when visiting friends in Harrogate.

My friend and I stayed at Wynnstay in Harrogate last weekend. We chose it for its convenience to the town and theatres and its high ratingWe had a twin room overlooking the front of the house. The room was quite large and had bear floorboards with rugs.It was furnished in keeping with the house and most of the furniture including the bedframes looked to be from the 30s.The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good, a range to choose from, freshly prepared. The hotel was spotlessly clean. My only reservations were the creaking floors and beds and the small shower in our room. Both these are defections of the age of the house I suppose. However, we had a lovely time and the hotel is close enough to the town to walk.

Thank you for your kind review and we are delighted you enjoyed your stay especially breakfast. You are right, we do try to sympathise with the Victorian heritage of the property and furnish it in keeping with the style - hopefully with a modern twist of bright fabrics. We hope to see you next time you are in Harrogate and thank you again. Kind regards Andy & Tracey

Stayed 2 nights 8/9 nov, 13. Very nice clean large room, shower room small but adequate. Breakfast very nice with a good choice. The hosts very polite and welcoming. Only a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town centre so very good location. Given a parking permit to park outside the hotel. Would stay again.
