“High quality accommodation in quiet surroundings”
Reviewed April 7, 2013 for a stay in March 2013

Loved our stay. Kitchen well supplied with good quality crockery/cutlery and basic foods.
Even games, LEGO and DVDs to keep three under 6s amused. Cottage done to high standard throughout.

“Amazing Cottage”
Reviewed March 28, 2013 for a stay in February 2013

Our family of five relocated to the UK from the US in February 2013. I travelled first and had one week to find a place to live and my husband and children followed a week later. We booked these two weeks at the beautiful Bramble Cottage and it was perfect!

The high quality decor and finishes in the cottage was excellent and made us feel that we were getting a lot for the money. We especially enjoyed the heated tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom. It was quite cold outside so the cozy fire in the living room was great.

The kids enjoyed the playground outside as well as running in the fields. They also loved the tire swing and the chickens. All around it fit our needs perfectly.

Emma and Rob were very friendly and accomodating. We have settled nearby and look forward to having them as friends.

“Lovely cottage - outside and in!”
Reviewed March 25, 2013 for a stay in March 2013

Beautifully situated (even if the last half mile of the access track is a bit rough) and very well designed/decorated/equipped. Very comfortable. Friendly welcome. Convenient for Harrogate and the surrounding area. We had a bit of difficulty persuading the shower to supply consistently hot water but it wasn't a big issue (and it was snowing outside so the boiler was trying to keep the cottage warm at the same time).

“And the dog came too!”
Reviewed October 25, 2012 for a stay in October 2012

We had a fantastic visit here last year and this year were delighted to find they now take dogs! They have built new kennels with runs in the farm yard near the cottage and our dog was very much at home! Dogs are not allowed in the actual cottage - I can totally see why especially after a little rain!, but we were very happy settling her in the new kennel. The cottage was as we remembered - very high standard of comfort. We will be coming back!

“The most idyllic spot”

Upon arriving at this most charming cottage we were pleasantly surprised by the beauty and the surroundings of this area. We were a bit early but our hosts could not have been more gracious in allowing us to off load the luggage before we went on a short visit to Harrogate. The cottage is most conveniently located for visits to Leeds, York, Blackpool,
Harrogate and the surrounding areas. The cottage was also spotlessly clean and very well set up for two couples traveling together. We really appreciated the welcoming gifts provided by our hosts Emma and Robert and the peacefullness of the Farm made for a very conducive respite from the busy daytime travels. We all agreed this was gem and will be back in the future.
