Found this restauant on Tues evening food, staff, chef so good and welcoming we returned on the wed and equally as good. The service we recieved was excellent and would recommend food to anyone who likes fresh ingredients cooked to a high standard, the wine was very drinkable !! the Italian brandy ended the meal beautifully and wished we lived closer so we could visit more often.

Just been to this little gem of a restaurant. We experienced none of the moans of previous diners. We were made very welcome, the service was excellent, the room warm, the food delicious and hot. The complimentary breads delicious. What more do want? The early doors menu offers amazing value at £12 for three courses. One small thing though, baby squid are not everyone's idea of a nice starter! Cannot believe how quiet it was for a Saturday, the dreadful restaurant opposite, Vivido was busy, some people have no taste. Please give this place a try, you won't regret it.

Family meal on a Saturday night. Restaurant was fairly quiet but suspect that's a sign of the times rather than the restaurant itself.
The staff were very friendly and efficient and the food was very good. Wine list was sensibly priced and we would certainly return, possibly to try out their early bird offer.
Would recommend.

Having worked in hospitality at 5 Star level, I am quite an expert on being able to taste the difference on restaurants that use fresh ingredients and the ones that don't, I was totally blown away with all the food that we had and what a huge sigh of relief IT WAS ALL FRESH INGREDIENTS WITH VERY HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE....which is somewhat of a rare event these days !
We had warm foccacia bread and olives to start with along with complimentary nibbles, totally delicious, then we ordered from the specials board, King Prawns in a tomato & garlic sauce, Halibut in a creamy sauce with fresh prawns, fresh vegetables and roast potatoes with rosemary, we would have loved to have dessert but we were both too full and opted for coffee, they have a wide choice of wines available and its such a relief when dining out as a couple to be not seated in the middle of the dining area, all the tables are perfectly placed so you do not feel like everyone is all huddled together, which is the common mistake that other restaurants tend to make.
As I am writing this my mouth is watering, reliving the wonderful food that we had.
We will be booking to go back and will be taking friends with us and looking forward to being back in a welcoming environment with food to die for, worth every penny :)
P.S, you can always tell a 'real' Italian restaurant when they don't have pizza on the menu !

We found this place by chance and decided to book a table. As we walked in we were greeted by a lady who I presumed was the manageress. That night we went back for our meal and all I can say was I wanted to leave right away. The staff were not attentive and who I thought was the manageress was no where to be seen leaving teenagers with no experience to run the place. On the plus side the food was very nice although very over priced. Can I say I was very unhappy and will not be going again
