Stayed in this farm house in September 13, for a couple of weeks. Very peaceful surrounding and clean accomodation. Breakfast was excellent and the owner Jayne, was very kind and helpful, making sure that my stay was comfortable. I am going back there next year. Highly recommended as a B& B, as it is better than any 5 star hotel.

Our family of three (inc 11yo boy) stayed at Centralhouse Farm for three nights. It was a wonderful experience. A full working farm with sheep and dogs and lots of room to roam about. Beautiful house decorated with style. We had a room with very comfortable king size bed plus rollaway and there was plenty of room. Special touches like the tea and coffee in the room and home made flapjacks. Breakfast was a feast! We ate at the Queens Head in Kettlesing (love that name!) both nights and the meals were great. My son had the special treat of meeting Jaynes' litter of puppies, a memory that will stay with him for a long time.
I would highly recommend this place to family and friends and would love to stay there again.

Room Tip: If you are tall watch your head on some of the doorways! Our room was top of stairs on right, overlo...

Had a short break here recently. Jayne made us very welcome and provided us with a lovely breakfast at the start of the day. Although our room was a double it really would have been too cramped for a longer stay, also feel that guests should have prior knowledge of the stair up to the bedrooms, for someone with any sort of disability it could be quite a challenge. We enjoyed
our stay and the location. Thank you, Jayne!

Room Tip: Room 3 very comfortable, but a bit too cramped! Believe other rooms are much bigger.

We stayed here for a night whilst visiting friends. The hostess is charming and friendly and helpful.
Our room was spacious and very well furnished. We had a King size bed which was very comfortable. The en-suite was good. The house is 0.7 miles from the road, but down a tarmac drive. Very quiet location.
The breakfast was served at separate tables and was very well cooked and presented. The cold buffet had everything you could want.

Stayed here for three nights last week. Jayne was extremely friendly and helpful. My wife and I had a double, and the room was very clean ,if slightly cramped. Bathroom was well equipped and again very clean. Breakfast choice was excellent and so well cooked. Customers had a spacious room with television to use in the evenings etc. A real Yorkshire farmhouse environment.

Room Tip: Friends had a twin room which was more spacious and view over the open countryside

It's a real farmhouse in an ideal setting, with lovely views of the surrounding countryside, vrey quiet and no "light pollution" yet close enough to historic Harrogate to remain in touch with "civilisation". It is a good value for money stay at a delighful house complete with a most welcoming and attentive host. A good, clean room with an excellent breakfast to set you up for the day. What more could a traveller want.

Stayed for a couple of nights when attending a conference. Very welcoming and a lovely quiet spot. Lots of little touches: eg fresh milk in rooms, home made flap jack, bath robes, clock radio made it all so much more special. Great breakfast, spotlessly clean rooms, log fire to gather around in the evenings. Great evening meal at nearby Queens Head as recommended by Jayne, the owner. would highly recommend.
