A cosy B&B walking distance from the centre of Harrogate. Clean and comfortable room/bed - good size for a family of 4. Incredibly welcoming and friendly owner Judy will direct you to the best places to eat or to visit - she was extremely nice to our kids too!
Definitely recommend it if you have a couple of nights in Harrogate - with or without a family in tow.

A very nice B & B with a warm welcome from the landlady Judy.
With its convenient location to the town centre it was an ideal
place for us. Room was very well appointed with everything you
need and a very nice en-suite. The breakfast was fantastic
with prompt service and a warming personality to go with it.
We would certainly go back again.

Clean bedroom. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Parking available on the street with permit (free of charge) provided by the guest house. Honest and straight-dealing proprietress. Ensuite bathroom clean and water hot, though with inadequate water pressure. This is a decent establishment; you won't go wrong here.

We had a lovely few days here - Judy, as all of the other reviews say, is warm and welcoming, and really made us feel at home. The room was perfect, very comfortable bed and everything we needed was there, including lots of local information for visitors.
Breakfasts were fantastic - the best vegetarian ful English I've ever had - you have to try the eggs, they are delicious and from a local supplier.
My husband needed to return on his own for a business trip this week and we had no doubts about booking with Judy again. In fact I would say without her, my husband's trip would not have been so successful and I will be forever grateful that Judy took such care of him during a stressful couple of days.
Perfect location for wandering into Harrogate town centre, lots of lovely restaurants to choose from - all in all, thoroughly recommended!

Room Tip: I think we were in room 6 - fabulous comfy bed!
