The food is generally good here. On the downside some of the portions can be small. Very cozy and clean. Staff are well trained and look after you. Will always go back as I like this place

The pub was buzzing when we arrived for meal with table booked for 7pm- and staff explained there would be a delay. Staff constantly checked for table availability. We were very pleased with meals when they arrived. Very well presented and well cooked. Third visit to pub and all times busy, and all times enjoyed food.

Very good a little pricey and expect to be in for a long wait on Sunday afternoons as the place is really busy.

Went to the venue on a one off spur of the moment instance. The food we had was average at best, my daughter had the hunters chicken it was dry over cooked and the bacon and cheese was burnt, my wife had the chicken pie which had nice chunks of chicken in it.but the chips.were old and barely warm. I had the beef and merlot pie, the meat was chewy and hardly any of it and my 'horseradish mash' was lacking in horseradish. Aside from that the service was good. Shame really.
