Saturday night in Ruislip, lovely welcoming restaurant, extremely friendly staff, cosy, warm and upbeat. Had the beef feather with mustard mash - tender and tasty, then after a bit of a cock up with the puds, Antony gave me two for the price of one - both delicious. It's a lovely old building, it's not trying to be Michelin star quality, but had two great quality courses for two, a good bottle of wine and two G&T's on arrival, all for £66 - well worth a visit, and I'd go back again tomorrow if I had a good enough excuse!
