It was last year when they suggested me to purchase a "membership card" with some benefits. Three times during the year I visited the restaurant - and each time it was impossible to use the collected bonus points, each time for a different reason. Last time they found the bonus points, but the "membership" exactly expired a day ago!!! I talked to the manager - they refused to give any discount (which was promised by the membership bonus pointes accumulated), they even didn't suggest any benefit, not even a single soft drink for free! (It was a dinner for 4 people). They didn't find a better way than to request that I download an app, register to a new membership, and "then the Next Time you come - you can use your bonus points!"... Such a bad joke... :(
