“Very poor service”
Reviewed May 20, 2014

Came to this place with my colleagues during a work lunch break, and the place didn't seem busy at all. When our simple order of salads and pasta did not show up after 50 minutes, we complained. It took them 10 minutes more to serve us, along with insincere apologies, and a compensation of FREE desert. The desert looked like something someone else had sent back, and when we got the bill, the desert appeared on it not free at all. After another complaint about that extra charge, they presented us with a different check that had an unexplained charge simply called "general". We disputed the bill again, and again they admitted a mistake. After finally paying we left the place without ever intending to return.

“Etz Hatut review”
Reviewed April 16, 2014

The atmosphere is very good mainly in the summer and spring evening. It is one of the few restaurants that open in weekends. The French fries are not basics they have additional spicing that can be eaten by my children that used to McDonalds French fries.

“The Mulberry Tree”
Reviewed March 11, 2014

I live in Rehovot and often go to this lovely restaurant/cafe, which is set back from the main street (Herzl St. 194) and is very popular with both young people and old although one rarely sees children there. Just to set the record straight, the tree is a mulberry tree of which there are several in Rehovot - but that's another story. The food is mostly vegetarian and the atmosphere is quiet and very relaxing. I gave it 4 stars because it is not a gourmet restaurant and the prices are reasonable. Great service too and lots of shade during the summer. There are also three rooms inside (it was once a private house) and shelves with books for those who fancy reading.

“Delicious food”
Reviewed January 24, 2014

We had a very tasty delicious meal here. The staff were welcoming the service good and the food great. The only thing was it was difficult to find as it is not actually on the road but set back a aY and the sign is quite small.
