Excellent course. The grounds of the island are amazing. Wildlife and the free ferry out to it really add to the atmosphere of the place.

Course is very well kept and a great challenge. If you manage to make the open day it's very cheap to play.

“In receivership but still open for business.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2013 via mobile

This hotel has gone into receivership in the last week. It's still open for business and a great place to stay.
Don't book to far in advance and pay on arrival. This will mean your money is safe

“Waterford Castle”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 2, 2013

We visited the Castle for dinner and were awed at the excellent service and quality food we were served. We were treated like royalty. The place is absolutely beautiful with carefully manicured grounds and the Castle itself is on an island you must take a shuttle to! Inside the castle is lovely and historic.

“Beautiful scenic views”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 10, 2013

Visited here at weekend ,did not play golf but had a lovely walk and coffee in the clubhouse. It is a lovely place to visit for a nice walk or to play golf. Did not visit castle as there was a wedding on at the time. Situated on an island so travel by ferry which operates very frequently and only takes a few minutes.

“Good Parkland course”

Pretty course which should appeal to all levels. You have to get a ferry over to the course (free) as it is situated on an island.
