Stayed here on the 26th and 27th of July it was a last min two day break and I was not disappointed. The girls on reception Orla and Rachel were very, very helpful and polite could not fault their customer service. The food in the hotel is top notch as is the service. The location for the hotel is great everything is a few min's walk from it so it serves as a good base. The only draw backs to the hotel I could say and they are minor drawbacks is the charge for the wi-fi and we were located on the first floor, which overlooked the road and it was quite loud if we left the window open and the room got quite hot if the window was closed. This is the only drawback to a room on the first floor, I did not ask for a room change or bring it to the staff's attention as I found it a minor drawback, perhaps it may be different on the second or third floor but I could not fault the hotel in anyway, the rooms are spotless and a good size, the staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The car park is almost right across the road and only cost us €2.50 to park for the two days which was great value and helpful and we could keep an eye on it. The staff at Dooley's stand head and shoulders above some of the staff in other hotels I have stayed in around Ireland.
