Good food, right on the water, and lots of local color. Check out the well that looks down 70 feet from the dining room table. Fish and chips were very good. Like else where in Ireland you can't get a burger less than well done.

We have just returned from a lovely dinner at Harry's. They are correct when they call themselves a "Gastro Pub" because while they are a pub, their food is top restaurant quality. Our server, Catherine Bridgett Margaret Ann, was friendly and ultra-efficient and very personable. The bartenders both greeted us warmly upon our arrival and departure. The food was some of the best we've had in our 2 weeks in Ireland, rivaling some twice-as-expensive haute cruise restaurants.

I had the most delicious salad here - mixed greens, connemara goat cheese, sweet dressing and chips of black puddding. Nice service and love the use of locally sourced ingredients.

Harry's is on your way out of town and was recommended to us by a couple of members at County Sligo Golf Club. It was an excellent recommendation. All 8 of us enjoyed our Guinness and our meals (mostly various kinds of fish or burgers) very much- no complaints at all. It was very busy but service was friendly and fast.
