Evelyn McPartland has been welcoming guests for a good number of years, counting many travelers as regulars. It's obvious why, as her rooms are very clean and comfortable. Her breakfast is perfect, and most delightful of all, Teach Eamainn enjoys a perfect location on top of a hill off a quiet road. We spent two relaxing evenings after long days of travel in the second floor commons room which has great views of the surrounding countryside. There is a refrigerator for use by her guests, tea and coffee, and a full tin of biscuits (that's cookies to you Americans) to enjoy. Finally, a wonderful touch I have not seen before. In our bathroom and in the hallway there are stained glass ceiling skylights back lit from the attic. They provide a warm glow, and just enough light to help one find their way around unfamiliar spaces.
