“Worked just fine”

There were no problems or surprises. Liam was helpful in orienting us to Sligo. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast large and delicious. Plenty of hot water.
We were able to store our bicycles indoors. Thanks for your help!

We only stayed here one night during our tour of Ireland but this B & B was one of the best we visited. The husband, Liam, made us feel so welcome from the outset, it was like visiting family. His wife, Geraldine, is an ex-nurse and has such a wonderful manner to her you couldn't imagine she could have been anything else.
The B & B is well located, there is ample parking, the rooms are well sized and comfortable. All in all a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

I stayed there for the week-end. A was very well welcomed. The room was great (with a sink and a mirror) and I was able to rest ans visit as I planned.
It is situated in the centre of the city, 10 minutes away from most accomodations I needed.

Geraldine and Liam run a fine operation. They are very helpful and responsive to the needs of their guests. Excellent breakfast, and Geraldine adds a very pleasant sparkle to the morning breakfast hour! Easy stroll to center of town.

An Cruiscin Lan was the best B&B i have stayed in, I stayed here for two nights and the location for starters was brilliant, not a two minute walk from the town itself. The room was lovely and warm with a television with the most popular channels on it. Unfortunately i was gone too early both mornings for breakfast although Geraldine did offer to come in and make breakfast early for me i declined but have heard great reviews on their breakfast. Overall i had a great stay, both Geraldine and Liam were very accomodating, friendly and made me feel very welcome, definitely would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a homely B&B close to Sligo town, 5 stars!

We stayed for two nights in July and found An Cruiscin Lan a lovely B&B to do some exploring in Sligo & the surrounding area. There is a warm welcome when you arrive, including good tips for near by restaurants and bars. The room was clean, the bed decent and the breakfast in the morning was lovely too.
The location in town is very handy, as is the parking lot just beside the B&B.
The only downside I can think of was the sound of traffic at night if you are sleeping on the street side, but a pair of ear plugs had me sleeping like a baby in no time.

Room Tip: If you are a light sleeper perhaps ask for a room away from the street.

This is an absolutely charming B&B in every way possible. I stayed for 1 night and I wish it had've been longer but my trip did permit another nights stay here. It's clean and well maintained in an excellent location for exploring Sligo. The breakfast is spectacular with flawless service and the whole place has a real home from home feel. Without doubt the proprieters are the best part of this place, very interested in helping out with directions or suggestions on where to go and extremely welcoming and friendly. I would not hesitiate to stay here again, it was second to none from walking in to leaving. If I had to make a criticism then i would say the power in the shower wasn't the best but it was more than adequate and when you have everything else into consideration, this is a minor detail. Absolutely perfect stay :-)
