We stayed one night here and got two interconnecting rooms in a cabin outside the main house. The rooms were really clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Nice landlord. The wifi didn't work in the cabin, but we could sit in the main building's lobby to use the wifi.

We were in town for a wedding so we stayed 5days with Frank and Claire. The house and gardens are lovely and much more comfortable than most B&Bs. Frank is a delightful "Master of the house", with whom we had many great conversations. Claire is a great cook...breakfast was better than good. After 5 days, we were practically family! Love this place. I would heartily recommend it to anyone staying in the charming town of Tullamore. (Much better than any of the hotels on town!)

Room Tip: Room 1 on the first floor...the WiFi works in the room here.

Stayed to nights with a family of four, two kids. Got interconnecting rooms and the kids really enjoyed having their own space. Great breakfast - all included in the rent.

Located within walking distance to the Centre of Tullamore, a pleasant place with a good selection of restaurants and pubs.

Very nice people who hire out, so I will definitely recommend this B&B if you are staying in Tullamore.

Beautiful house, great location, well kept garden. A very good B&B. Close enough to town to walk. Frank has a wealth of knowledge and a great sense of humor! Highly recommended.

We had a delightful two night stay. The breakfasts were very good. There is a nice public area and the room was very clean and well kept. Excellent location close to town. If you're a walker (as we are), it is easily walkable. Plenty of parking. There is a gorgeous, very large bogwood piece hanging in the dining room. Ask Frank the story behind it. Both Frank and Claire are charming hosts and conversationalists. Besides information about the usual "touristy" things around, they can tell you about great places to visit that aren't in any of the tourist books.

We stayed here one night. We found this possible the best B&B we have ever stayed in Ireland. The common areas were great, breakfast room & meal excellent, room larger than most. Everything was clean and neat. Staff were helpful and interesting. Walk to town center was not too long. Outside sitting area would have been great if it hadn't been for the weather. Parking area was large and entry convenient. And the price was lower than one would expect for that good of place.

Room Tip: Downstairs room was nice for our aged traveler
