We ate here while staying next door at the Castlecourt Hotel. While its definitely a Hotel restaurant and the few diners seem lost in the very big dining space the food was absolutely fantastic. The confit chicken spring roll was a work of art and all the food was presented beautifully and tasted great. The service apart from forgetting the wine order was fine although not getting a bill to view and having the cost automatically charged to our room was a bit off putting.
