From the moment we entered until we left we had a most enjoyable evening. The welcome was warm but not imposing. When it came time to order the specials were explained patiently. While we perused the menus we were treated to three delicious breads with sun dried tomatoe tapenade. We had smoked Monkfish and Pate with Foie Gras ice cream to start. The flavours were perfectly balanced. For mains we had Hake and Seafood Linguine. Delicious. All went perfect with the house Sauvignon Blanc. We were too full for desert but small sweet treats were brought to the table with a cherry liqueur.
The warm friendly service which accompanied the excellent food and wine made this one of our best meals to date.
