“Grubby expensive experience”
Reviewed August 24, 2012

We visited the centre and were underwhelmed with the expensive experience. The centre has no proper swimming pool and the overall feel of he centre is somewhat grubby. The time in the pool area was enjoyable but the constant presence of cold water being sprayed on us was after a while tedious and annoying particularly when the water was cold! Then you had to queue for everything and I was annoyed that despite some children getting things right with machines to receive prizes they did not win as some of the machine in my opinion do not deliver prizes no matter what people do.

A super place to take the family!! A bit of a drive away for us having come from Co Antrim but this place did not disappoint! Good value water fun which was enjoyed by all! The entrance queues however were somewhat lengthy but did not put us off nor spoil the day. Will return again :)

“Great fun”
Reviewed August 19, 2012

Went on a monday, opens at 10am, we arrived 10.15, small queue but processing is slow. Place is great, lots to do, 2 big rides had small queues. Lots of lifeguards who were vigilant and telling off youngsters not abiding by safety rules. By 11am was very busy , place was big enough to accomodate this but queues where 20 min wait. Separate place for toddlers, hot tub but for adults only. Easily filled in 2hrs and was great fun.

“Funtasia water park brill but arcade is on the take”
Reviewed August 14, 2012

Spent the day at Funtasia water park!! Brilliant day!!! And the staff were all spot on!!! Great value!!
Now on to the arcade! There were at least 5 things we put money in that were not working, and not an out of order sign in sight!! On our way out I questioned the young lad behind the counter, he was a lovely lad, when I mentioned that we had put money into the air hockey table and a few others, ANC I asked why there were no out of order signs on machines that were obviously broken, he couldn't help smiling, it was as if to say, " you know well why" cause now we got your €2 or whatever it was, and chances of you checking it out are slim!!!! He said he could get someone to open the hockey game and give us a "free one" but sire we were heading out the door at that stage!!!! The roller skating was brilliant too!!!!
