“Very comfy rooms and good service”
Reviewed May 16, 2014

Stayed here for one night. The check in was very efficient and professional. They had upgraded me to a very spacious room with a nice city view.

The room was very comfortable with what looked like a recently refurbished bathroom with tub and shower.

I ordered breakfast up to the room the night before and came exactly on time, great service and good value!

Generally a very good hotel. Great value too. Superb breakfast. Some rooms have balconies with river views. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance and taxi ranks are nearby. We didn't try the hotel restaurant for dinner, but we spent plenty of time in the bar. A good all round business hotel, and probably a fair location for tourists to the area.

Limerick has plenty of pubs, clubs and restaurants. The weather is not the reason to visit the area, and it is probably the wettest town in the British Isles. Plenty of lovely villages around and about.

I stayed for one night after the Great Limerick Run as I wanted to stay in town for a few drinks and didn't want the hassle of taxis. Couldn't fault the hotel, the staff or the location.

The full Irish breakfast the following morning (well I had just ran a marathon !) was lovely. Will be back next year.

Recently stayed here with my boyfriend for his birthday. On arrival we got a nice surprise of a free upgrade to an executive room. The room was lovely, very clean with a huge bed! Bathroom had separate shower. It includes free access to the executive lounge which was stocked up with snack bars, tayto, tea/coffee etc. We didn't use the leisure facilities but we had a look at them, the pool looked lovely and peaceful and was for residents only. The staff were lovely and friendly. We didn't eat in the hotel, we went around the corner to the "Texas Steakhouse", highly recommend it, the food was fab and reasonably priced! The bar was busy on Sat night and there was a great buzz around the place. Would definitely return to this hotel again.

We only stayed one night wish it had been more. The room were really great and oh so comfortable. The bar was fab the staff were great to recommend cocktails and they were yummy. Breakfast was outstanding a great choice for everyone and nothing was an effort for the staff.

Can't wait to go back again :)

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Limerick city close to all amenities. I stayed with my parents as a treat for my mothers birthday. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that we had been upgraded to the executive level with complementary use of the executive suite. The views from the executive suite are not to be missed!! This was a lovely surprise! The bedrooms were excellent, one thing i didnt like was that the duvets opened to the top of the bed though!! Breakfast had a fabulous choice and was very tasty. The dinner in the Hamptons was very lovely, lighting was an issue though for my parents, it was quite dark! The bar was busy each evening, the wine was tasty but unfortunately the Guinness was not upto par, so my Dad had to forgo his usual drink for a glass of wine! Special mention to Christy, Thanks for everything!! Your a star!!

Stayed for Easter weekend, it was great. The room was spotless as was the whole hotel. Lovely fluffy towels, which i love. The staff were very professional, so polite and friendly. Breakfasts were amazing, great variety and hot food all cooked to order. Very good dinner one night in Hampton's.
Yes we will definitely go back, really enjoyed it.
