Excellent location right in the heart of town with great Irish hospitality. It's actually posted as a 5 star hotel. Right from the moment you check in, they make you feel right at home. Nice rooms although Henry street is a bit busy. After visiting several pubs, I had absolutely no trouble sleeping!
Superb breakfast.

Room Tip: I only saw the 5th floor but this floor had many suites and great rooms.

Perfectly located central city hotel. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Upon arrival there was a strong smell of smoke in the room. Unfortunately we couldn't move rooms due to full occupancy. Swimming pool is too warm, and the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel.

Breakfast was fantastic and highly recommended. Cooked to order pancakes and omelettes, delicious ! Service lasts till noon, allowing a very late sleep in.

I have previously stayed at this hotel and found on both occasions, it was EXCELLENT! We upgraded this time to a suite and it was lovely. The staff are very attentive and helpful. It is perfect for a city break, in the centre of town for shopping and going out. Breakfast it DELICIOUS and cooked to order (no buffet thankfully) and a great selection. We also had dinner in the Hamptons and it was very nice too.

The only downside I would say is the rooms need a little updating and painting, it has got a little worn and scruffy.

Room Tip: Upgrade to a Suite!

Stayed at the hotel last weekend with a group of friends. We got a very good deal and were very happy with the food both for breakfast and dinner in The Hamptons. However, I felt overall that the hotel was more of a very good 4 star than a 5 star. It felt quite worn in places. My room badly needed a coat of paint as the walls were quite dirty. Even though the room was for two people, toiletries were only left out for one person. These things left it lacking the 5 star quality.

We stayed here for 2 nights bed, breakfast and 1 evening meal in the Hamptons restaurant and had such a lovely time. The staff are so friendly, breakfast is amazing, such a huge selection of food and we weren't rushed at all. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Limerick and you can park opposite the hotel in Harveys Quay car park. This hotel is so nice and worth staying in.

Room Tip: If you park in Harveys quay, park on the side of the hotel so you can see your car.

Had a great night in the savoy hotel the only pity was it was one night only.. The room was lovely and very spacious and a great bathroom.. The beds are so comfortable with lots of pillows.. We had a great dinner in the Hamptons restaurant next door also ran by the hotel.. Very hip busy restaurant with great food the steak was great.. Breakfast was great the only problem being I ate too much.. The hotel catered very well for my gluten free requests.. Just a note to thank Majella in the Spa who kindly polished my nails between her appointments...
