Very nice hotel. The rooms were lovely and the pool nice. The breakfast selection was brilliant and the staff were nice. Only downside was that the room was not ready at the check in time and that ourTeenager was only allowed in the pool at certain times. But overall we would definitely recommend the hotel and limerick as a city !

Noddypooh, many thanks for taking the time to share your positive feedback, it means a lot to the team here at the hotel. We do have restricted pool times for children which are in place to faciltatate adults having time in the pool area while availing of spa treatments. Regarding check in we do where possible offer early check in but with this being a very busy time of year it is not always possible. We will take your comments on board as we are constantly reviewing our policies and procedures so as to improve our offerings.

Hope to see you again soon in Limerick

My family stayed at this hotel recently and we really enjoyed our stay. One of our party is wheelchair bound and we found that the hotel met our needs very well. We ate in the bar on one evening and in the restaurant on the other evening of our stay and both meals were excellent. There is a lovely pool and a small playground which my son loved. The room service breakfast was superb on both mornings. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed only one night but first impressions of the hotel were good it has a lovely reception area and the staff welcoming and friendly. We used the spa the hot tub very inviting but you do need a swim hat to use the pool we also had some beauty treatments which is very relaxing and also the staff very friendly. The rooms are clean and very big and had all the basics. The breakfast was amazing just so much choice we didn't have evening meal as we found a restaurant in Limerick (The steak out)we wanted to try. I think the hotel needs a little tlc but I believe this is in progress as the landscape gardeners were hard a work when we left , we would defiantly like to return one day as it was a pleasant stay

I stayed in this hotel in July 2014. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the food in Quench Bar was excellent, the spa/leisure facilities were top class and the staff very friendly and helpful. its also in a perfect location, minutes from Limerick city, but also very close to Bunratty Castle, and on the road towards Ennis/West Clare!

Had the pleasure of staying here for a night recently. I can say it was really enjoyable in every aspect. The staff could not be better the food very good and the breakfast a treat. The choice at breakfast was incredible and the staff so helpful. Whereas the room was a touch dated it was spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel. Looking forward to my next stay.

Not as contemporary as most Radisson Blu's. Was a little run down and could use some serious re-vamping.
Although semi-close to Shannon airport, it's not so close (4 miles) to downtown Limerick, other interesting things to see/do or the train station. You'll definitely need a rental car if you stay here.
Pub was comfy and had great food/service (have quid if you want cigarettes (colleague issue)). Seemed clean and would eat there again- even if for the enviance alone.
The rooms didn't have air conditioning. WiFi had to be toyed with by front desk staff so we could have any of the complementary internet. Front desk had to help me turn on the tv, since the remote didn't work in a traditional manner, so that took extra time out of my day to deal with.
Bedding was old, pillows hard and comforter of low quality. Bathroom amenities fair, so was happy I brought my own. No robe. 2 luggage holders rocked, as did the safe, ironing board and hot pot in room.
Maids stack all dirty laundry and cleaning equipment in the hallways to see and avoid walking into-- verrrrry much an eyesore. Although they can read the do not disturb sign, they like to slam the doors here.
Didn't make it for breakfast or spa.
Nice front desk gentleman, and no bad smells or bugs in this hotel, but generally a depressing hotel. For the same rate, stay in Limerick or Adare if you can.
