lovely gaff and well recommended. Warm traditional atmosphere. I had the fish and chip which was plentiful and just... mwah! the views are spectacular and great service-if your at a loose end or just passing through, like me, i couldn't recommend a place highly enough.

Ive just finished my lunch in the Curragower, genuinely the best burger & service ive had in a long time - the caramelised onion with the burger was a great combination. Aside from the food the pub overlooks The river Shannon & King Johns Castle - top marks, i will back for sure.

Rambled into the Curragower a few weeks ago and was surprised to learn they are now serving food. It was a miserable day out and the scampi for mains followed by white chocolate croissant pudding was exactly what the doctor ordered. Great service and great food. Yum

Would recommend to anyone whether it be for just good old night out or the excellent food. The portions are big & priced very reasonable. You never leave hungry. The staff are all very helpful & up for a bit of banter. At weekends there often live music which all helps to make this one of Limericks best all round pubs.

I visited ere on two occasions & both times we were left waiting for an awful long time 1st to be served & then for our food we thought the long wait ment the food would be delicious we were sorely mistaken one dish a fish pie we got was burnt & awful chowder was full of bones & cold. I personally wouldnt visit this establishment again.

Thank Michelle L
