Exactly what you want from a Irish bar. Roaring fires, traditional live music and a great drinks selection at the bar for reasonable prices. Definitely try and order some of the food because you will be surprised at how good it is. Not your typical pub food but high quality meals.

“Outstanding”
Reviewed December 4, 2013

I took my parents for Sunday lunch and it was exceptional. The food was delicious, service was impeccable and price was very reasonable. The restaurant was full of customers and this didn't hinder the quality of food or service. It is a beautiful building in a great location. I couldn't recommend it enough. I will definitely be returning.

“GOOD ENVIROMENT”
Reviewed November 17, 2013

Visited in one of our stops during our business trip to Ireland, we discover this great place in the town of Limerick. This restaurant was full of people, good sing of course, with very helping staff, that try their best to make us confortable and welcomed with the rest of the people that was also having dinner there. We really enjoyed our stay and our meal that was absolutely delicious. I really recomend because eventhough the place was pack with people and they already seated us in one place, they looked for another table so we could be more close to everybody else.

“Atrocious !”
Reviewed November 10, 2013 via mobile

This place should be called the Greasy spoon Ate there last night with friends and we felt like walking out of the so called restaurant ! The only thing that was good about the night was the lovely waitress who kept apologising to us for the food. I ordered steak and it was like it was thrown into a deep fat fryer the cheese cake I ordered for dessert ha gone off cream and it was like it was just out of the freezer ! I was so disappointed as from the name the Oyster restaurant we assumed it was just that not an eating area off the noisy pub. Not a great ambiance for a restaurant. Never again
