I went to the Savoy for an Anniversary brunch after a visit to the Limerick market. Couldn't fault the service or food and there was a nice atmosphere. I lingered on after brunch to enjoy my coffee and the paper (which was all very pleasant). The only problem came at the end of the meal when I went to pay. The once pleasant Maitre'D turned slightly sour and condescending when looking for a better tip. Unfortunately he left a slightly unpleasant taste in my mouth.
