“Cozy spot, good food, interesting perspective on High Street”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

Had lunch here with my daughter and niece. Menu had something to suit everyone, My choice was a goat cheese and carmelized onion tart with a small salad; delicious! Cozy tea room atmosphere, one floor up from the street so you can enjoy watching the activity on High Street while you dine.

“Flawless!!”
Reviewed January 22, 2013

Stumbled upon Cafe Mocha, Kilkenny for an evening dinner on a family trip away. Stunned by the beautiful & amazing decor etc, more like a mini boutique hotel! Great service, great ambience, highly recommend a visit! Restaurant was warm and welcoming as were the staff. They took the time from their busy schedule to provide us with information we were seeking about Kilkenny. So impressed, we returned for an early lunch next day, just as amazing as dinner .. Certainly not surprised to see it's number 1 on Trip Advisor!

“Wonderful restaurant”

The ambience and setting were lovely. Surrounded by old china and knickknacks. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. When your meal is finished you can buy fantatic homemade chocolates etc.

“Don't miss this place!!”
Reviewed January 18, 2013 via mobile

Had dinner here tonight, amazing. Beautiful place, you'll want to buy everything in the place. I could live here. Dinner was beautiful, €21 for two courses and €25 for three. I had baked hake with fennel risotto and my friend had crab cake with chunky chips. Also burger, gourmet sausages and other fish on the menu. We sat at a table over looking the street with candles in the window, a stunning place. Service was friendly but relaxed, just perfect. The chef is def doing a great job here, complements to him/her. My advice is don't miss this place although I think they only do dinner on a Friday and sat in winter. Please go and enjoy a beautiful meal.
