“Fine restaurant-can't complain”
Reviewed February 14, 2013

Very nice restaurant/bar. A little pokey and dark in terms of space but very comfortable. The menu is fine also.Interactions with staff were good, service was prompt and polite. It attracts a variety of patrons. Overall it wont disappoint or empty your pockets for a feed!

“Elegant London chic in south east Ireland”
Reviewed January 28, 2013 via mobile

The lovely Marble City Tearooms in Kieran St in Kilkenny could be a stylish cafe in central London, or New York for that matter, due in no small part to the sexy interior styling, apparently at the hand of the gifted David Collins. The moody dark interior is like being enveloped in a warm box of truffles, and the menu isn't bad either... Reasonable prices, appealing menu, and brisk, efficient service...definitely worth a visit-pity the Irish climate isn't a little more clement in order to avail of the outside space, although the heaters ward off the worst of the chills!
Would recommend.
