nice hotel. good service from this family run hotel. Friendly staff. very near tralee and banna beach . Beautiful views . Food was good especially breakfast . Drawback is no pool or leisure facillities. It would be nice to include a discount for Aquadome or somewhere with indoor activities in case of bad weather.

Room Tip: family rooms are kept together in one wing ..

My wife, daughter and I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights, and had a very enjoyable time. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The bar had a very nice menu and the food was really good excellent value. We loved the fact that the breakfast was not one of those terrible self service buffets that you get so often these days. We actually had a waitress give us a menu and ask us what we would like, and the full Irish was absolutely top class.

Just home from an overnight stay. Fantastic location. Excellent staff (left down by arrogant breakfast manager barking orders at other staff)

nice room just renovated maybe ?? Small smell of damp.

really enjoyed it but found it a bit over priced for what was offered

We are just back from a 2 night stay. We had a great time while staying at the Ballyroe Heights Hotel. The hotel is spotless and the staff are helpful and friendly. We were very well looked after. The breakfast was excellent on both mornings and the evening meal was very tasty. I can't recommend this hotel enough! I will definitely be advising my friends to use this hotel for any future trips to Kerry!
