We stayed here for one night over the June bank holiday weekend. The hotel is about five minutes from the centre of town. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff. There is a lovely library room on the ground floor. The bedrooms are very clean but old fashioned with various mixtures of timbers in the room. The bathroom is very strange as there is see through glass panels in the door.Breakfast is good with the breakfast cooked to order.

Last Friday 24th May I attended a function in Meadowslands Hotel in the restaurant on the retirement of a fellow work colleague. The food was excellent and I had a very enjoyable evening and we rounded off the night with live music and dancing in the bar. Mary

Absolutely fabulous stay at The Meadowlands over Easter weekend. The Meadowlands is professionally run and just minutes outside of Tralee. The grounds of the hotel are also lovely, as is the actual hotel building. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night our dinner menu was excellent, plenty of choice and good quality ingredients. Great ambience and the service was excellent. Our bedroom was very spacious and extremely comfortable and well equipped.
The Meadowlands combines such luxury with such warmth and ease. This is a wonderful hotel. Beautifully kept, friendly staff, fabulous food. The staff were very efficient, courteous and intrested and respectful of ones space and privacy. Breakfast was amazing - far superior to any hotel I've ever stayed in. My husband has the buffet and I had the pancakes and they were deliciouis. There was no shortage of tea, coffee, toast etc.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone heading this way. We loved every moment! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed here for one night it was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. It is a large hotel so lacked some warmth and hospitality for myself. We ate here at night and the food was ok. I am extremely fussy about food and the breakfast could not be faulted but the evening meal could have been better. When we asked the barman what price a bottle of Prosecco was we were told €40! When we informed him that this was too much he immediately told us that he may have got the price wrong and would double check. He then came back to say it was €26! I maybe doing him an injustice and he was genuinely mistaken but be on your guard!
This hotel is situated a short drive out of Tralee.

My sister and I booked into this hotel for a weekend break with my parents, both in their 80's. Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel staff. The receptionist was more than helpful when we asked to accommodate my parents in a room near to an elevator, going so far as to help us up to the room with our bags.
The breakfast was included in the price of the room and there was a huge selection. We ate in the restaurant on a couple of occasions and the choice and quality of the food was excellent.
I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, location and price.
