This is a wonderful museum with beautifully curated exhibits of interest to adults and children alike. Particularly enjoyed the story of Roger Casement and his life. Lovely public gardens for picnics nearby. Town Centre very attractive too.

Interesting museum with some rather modern history such as the famine, the uprising and the arctic trip. It also has great displays in the basement showing life in the midieval times. There is also a nice park and huge rose garden next door.

Great place to pass a couple of hours. Fab medieval section, creepy at times. So so worth the 5 euro admission. Definitely would recommend. 10/10
