We spent our first night in Ireland at Trina and Willi's Rossarney Town House, what a wonderful introduction to Ireland! They are exceptional hosts and very helpful with suggestions about what to visit in Killarney and how to get there. The room was especially comfortable after the long flight and breakfast was delicious. The B&B is just a short walk to downtown.

Trina and her husband were outstanding. Always happy and very knowledgeable about the area. We were on our 4th day without luggage and she hopped us in her car and took us to get the necessities. Knowing we were a little spent she planned the next 2 days for us and they were our most favorite days. I plan on bringing my parents back to Ireland and I will definitely be returning here!!! I can't explain how hospitable, caring and honestly concerned they were about our accommodations.... ABOVE and BEYOND!!!!

Triona and her husband hosted us very enthusiastically (she is always 'happy as Larry') and efficiently. She was overflowing with insider tips about the best ways to see local attractions. In fact, one day she helped us schedule one of my favorite vacation days ever because she arranged a private falconry tour, visit to Ross Castle, visit to Muckross House & Gardens, drive thru Black Valley to the Gap of Dunloe, and recommended the fantastic Kate Kearney's Cottage restaurant. We did all of this without feeling rushed thanks to her.

Her home has good wifi, common rooms, and she gives you a choice of 5 different breakfasts vs the usual 2 at other B&B's we stayed at. The location is on a quiet street just off a major roundabout and an easy 10 minute stroll to the town center's shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Triona and Willie were so welcoming . From the time we arrived we felt completely at home. A extremely comfortable room and a wonderful sitting room downstairs where Triona brought us a cup of tea and some tea cake once we settled in. She recommended some lovely places to eat all within a shirt walking distance to town and the next day gave us a hand written agenda for a fantastic days sightseeing. Breakfasts were incredible! On the second day when we were leaving, we were heading for Doolin so Triona again gave us handwritten instructions suggesting we go to The Dingle Peninsula and from there on car ferry across the Shannon River. What an experience! Rossarney Town House is the only place to stay in Kilarney.

From the moment Triona opened the front door of Rossarney House to us, we felt at home. We arrived late, but Triona still showed us around and let us know that tea and biscuits were ready and waiting for us and to make ourselves at home in the living room. She was very helpful with directions to all of the activities we planned, and we had excellent evenings in her cozy home...and the Irish pancakes are TO DIE FOR. The morning we left, we knew we would be leaving early, so Triona gave us handwritten (excellent) directions the night before and left us a complete picnic lunch to take for the road. When we visit Killarney again, as we hope to do, we will definitely make a point of staying with Triona and Willie. Love to them, Dawn and Henry De Wulf

From the minute we arrived at Rossarney House we felt like we were at home away from home! Triona was so welcoming and full of information. She showed us around and then left us to get our things and settle in. When we were ready to head out for dinner, she provided us with several good options as well as excellent directions. I was traveling with three of my adult children who wanted to stay out and enjoy the nightlife - I was welcomed back at Rossarney with hot tea and a warm fire in the living room where I could relax and enjoy a quiet evening with a good book. Our rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable, I slept so well. We each had something different for breakfast and everyone was very happy with our selections. Triona was full of information and great suggestions for our next day's activities - we followed her suggestions exactly and had a wonderful day. If I'm every back in Ireland, I'd love to visit Rossarney House again!
