We stayed here for three nights whilst playing golf in Kerry. From the first time we engaged with Brendan we felt we were in good hands. he with his family run a really professional comfortable clean friendly and genuine Irish B&B. the rooms are comfortable the breakfast excellent and the genuine warmth of the welcome outstanding. There is nothing false about this experience. I have no hesitation in recommending this house to anyone who wants good value for money holiday experience in an excellent and quiet location in the town centre .
Thank you.

Clean, friendly, warm welcoming were just the first impression my husband and I felt when we pulled in to the lovely B & B. Then location was next. Right off the main rd you turn right in park and within steps your to your room. With no doubt the B and B is the best I stayed at our intire trip in Ireland. Within steps to local shopping and all the brouchures and hospitality is offered right when you begin your conversation with the most gracious hosts in Killarney. Customer service is job one with the owner and let me tell you what a chef he is at meal time. I can't say enough good, wonder words to let every one know how wonder you will feel after your good nights sleep and your warm delicious breakfast in the morning. The owner is easy to talk with and full of wonderful vacationing tips and they will help you make arragements for tours.

Room Tip: All rooms are lovely here.

We stayed at Sunnybank for 3 nights while on our honeymoon, and Brendan & Martina were terrific hosts. We arrived very late due to a bus schedule change, and they had the heat on for us so the room would be nice and cozy when we finally arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room we had was probably one of the larger rooms we've had at a B&B during our time in Ireland, with a large en suite. The price was very reasonable, breakfast was great with plenty of cereals and fruit to add to the traditional Irish hot breakfast so you can really fill up before a day of touring. We also made use of the guest lounge, which overlooks the street and has a gas fireplace that Brendan showed us how to work whenever we wanted to hang out in there. He was also very helpful with touring suggestions and things to do in town. The location is just a couple minutes walk from the city center, and right across the street from the bus station, which was really convenient for us. We'll definitely look them up again if we make it back to Killarney!

We loved our stay at Sunnybank so much we ended up staying another night. Our room had an ensuite, which was a good size. Our room also had sliding doors that led to a balcony that over looked the Killarney outlet mall. And, the best part was that the balcony was private for just our room. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. There was traditional irish and some cereals and fruit. Brenden was very helpful. He gave us a map and showed us some really neat things to do in the area.

Room Tip: I recommend the room with the balcony, but they were all very nice!
