We only stayed one night at Rathmore House but it was very pleasant and comfortable. Mary got us the room earlier in the day and provided us with very valuable information about travelling the "ring of kerry." After a day trip, we headed out for the evening and to our surprise were left with a note in our door advising us we had left our car headlights on! Thanks to Pat and Mary, we were able to shut them off that night and not have to deal with a dead battery in the morning. And lastly, the shower we used actually had some water pressure which seemed to be a rarity in Ireland!

We stayed two nights in Rathmore Pat and Mary couldn't do enough for us their hospitality and local knowledge of attractions and places to visit were invaluable. Spotlessly clean with a perfectly cooked Irish breakfast A must place to stay

This year me and my wife went for the third time to this lovely place. Warmly welcomed by Pat and Mary we booked a room here for four nights to be able to enjoy Killarney, it's surroundings and of course the host and hostess Pat and Mary, who make you feel at home the minute you enter. The rooms are clean, spacy and leave nothing more to wish. Breakfast is a feast. Pat 'running' in and out the kitchen, taking care of everyone so nobody is short of whatever you like. Besides that he is always in for a chat, a good story and a good advise. Located a three minute walk from Killarney center this is the ideal place to stay.

We didnt plan to stay at the Rathmore House but once we got there, were absolutely charmed by Pat's hospitality and the room we were going to stay. It was quite cold outside, so Pat straight away suggested to turn the heater on for us! Everywhere is clean and Irish breakfast is delicious!!! Pat provided us with all the information about the best routes to choose for our journey! Highly recommended!!!

We had barely pulled onto the huge drive when we were greeted by Marguerite. Tea and freshly made scones and cake were served within minutes of arrival. Beautiful house with large rooms tastefully decorated. The view across the bay from our bedroom windows was simply stunning. No hesitation in recomending this B & B.
