I went for dinner here with two friends on Wednesday evening & enjoyed it immensely. I was torn between two pasta dishes, one being the Penne Arrabbiata & the other, a dish I never heard of before, Penne a la Vodka. The owner, Alfredo, sat down with us for a moment to take our order and he was very friendly and helpful with our choices. He told me to go for the Arrabbiata for spiciness or the a la vodka for tastiness. I decided I fancied something tasty & it seriously lived up to this factor, my friends were both planning on getting it for their next visit. It was extremely reasonably priced at €10 & the nicest pasta dish I've tasted in a long time.

My friend got a Margarita pizza which was a generous size, delicious & €7.50 i think. My other friend got Cod & Chips which also was yummy & €9.50! I've also eaten from the take away menu, the Spaghetti Bolegnaise (€6.50) & again the Cod and Chips (€7.80). Both dishes could be shared for two people depending on how hungry you are as the portions are big.

I would recommend booking just in case as there's not too many tables if a few come in together, however, many people walked in when we were eating and as soon as a table became available it was cleared immediately and guests seated.

Will definitely be going back again :)

Visited here on last Saturday Evening. The food was fab, very reasonable, it is a really lovely little spot. Even though it is in the town they have some outdoor seating. The evening we went, it was incredibly busy, and i think they were let down by some staff, but i cant wait to go back.
Really nice friendly staff, its really cosy inside as well, and you would never imagine you were in the centre of town.

Our party of 13 wandered into Amalfi one night in August. The staff was so welcoming, setting up a private room downstairs for us. The food was fabulous and Alfredo made us feel special. We discovered, much to our amazement, that it was the restaurant's opening night. Alfredo, an Amalfi native, has created a cozy, tasty slice of Italy in the heart of Killarney. Don't miss it.
