Back in Killarney an back @ La Rambla. Tried some new dishes and I am still licking my lips a day later..we sat out in the Sun and the place was wall to wall with customers.. A most pleasant dining experience yet again..Full credit to the friendly staff as it was so busy yet everyone was well looked after...back again in the near future...Kudos....:-))

“lovely food, manager appalling”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

Ate here over the weekend with my family. food was lovely although the spanish omelete was re-heated. the dark haired waitress was lovely, very friendly and professional but her manager the blond haired lady was extremely unfriendly, unwelcoming unprofessional. She could be seen giving out to the dark haired waitress for no apparent reason whilst we were waiting for our table and never once welcomed us to the restaurant. When i asked for the bill she muttered something under her breath, acting as if i had asked her to do something out of the ordinary. I can see i am not the first to complain about this mananger from other reviews - such a shame when the restaurant itself is so lovely, that a manager who behaves like this both to the customer and her own staff, seems to be oblivious to her behaviour.

“Excellant”
Reviewed June 24, 2013

Eat here recently with a group of 8 friends. This is a superb Tapas bar. We ordered 3 to 4 dishes each, all which were amazing. We didnt have to wait long for any of the dishes to come out. It was a beautiful summers evening and there were quite a number of people eating outside also. We shared some desserts, all of which were excellent. The only surprise was how little the bill was for the amount of food we got. excellent value. Cant wait to go back

“nearly as good as Los Ramblas”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

a great tapas bar - try the Quail with wild mushrooms - just delicious. staff good, style friendly, cosy, vibrant; good selection (we had the Garnacha (organic) and it went well), food was from the specials board plus albondigas - all very good or better. lovely and quickly collections of books to browse - leaving us feeling at home and warm in a strange city during very wet weather. (and good value for money)

“Muy Muy Bueno”
Reviewed June 16, 2013 via mobile

Had the pleasure of dining here on two occasions recently..A very professional team of operators here, the greeting was friendly and we were seated instantly. It was very busy and the staff were in full flight..Our food was excellent from starter right through to last course..Timing was perfect and the Blonde lady who looked after us was extremely knowledgable on the food and beverage and very friendly with a great smile to polish off our dining experience...Will be back on next trip to Killarney..;-)
