A lovely hotel, don't let the Fluoro pink lighting in the hallway put you off, this hotel is lovely, modern, clean and the staff where helpful beyond measure. Thanks for making our stay in Killarney a delight!

Originally intended to stay in sister hotel, Killarney Park, but due to an error in double booking we agreed to move to Ross. Were treated very well and all employees encountered we met were very friendly. Upgraded to suite as a result of error. It's not how a problem arises that determines customer satisfaction it's the solution provided. Ross reacted well to initial error.

Lately I had dinner with my friends in the Cellar One and I really really loved it. Service is excellent, waiters absolutely perfect, food presentation fabulous!!! Management very friendly. I would definitely recommend to have a dinner in Ross hotel restaurant to any of my friends. The only disappointment were drinks we later had in the bar the strawberry daiquiri which is usually excellent was just simply not fruity as it always is and u couldn't even feel the alcohol in it. You just simply expecting higher quality for the price u r actually paying for the cocktails. Other than that absolutely brilliant! Great place to hang out with friends. Definitely coming back shortly! :)

Lovely deluxe decor and fantastic service, plus a great location with the bustling town center just outside the door! The hotel offers a delectable breakfast, and fine cuisine for lunch/supper. Good wi-fi reception, and vehicle parking available - what more can one ask for! We were impressed with every aspect of this top caliber accommodation.

We stayed here for 2 wonderful nights during our recent trip to Ireland. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious especially the french toast. Close to town and the national park. Would stay there again!
