Was a new nice B&B in the center of town. The staff was awsome and we were even surprised with a bottle of champagne!

Dear Spitfire4221,

Thanks so much, we’re delighted we exuded such a cosy & homey family feel when you stayed with us that you felt you were in a B&B, but for everyone else reading we’d like to proudly say that we have a 4 star hotel grading…not sure you’ll see too many B&B’s around the country able to mix cocktails the way our team does!!
Thanks again for your review.

Best wishes,

Ciara Treacy

When we first arrived we were happy with our room, lovely view, large room, fun decor. We are traveling with 2 small children and specifically requested a 'family room' so that was no surprise to the management. Around 9pm, when we were putting the kids to bed, there was loud music coursing through our walls, loud voices coming from the small alley space below our window, and the smell of cigarette smoke in our room. We had been place in a room above the bar! When I called the desk there was an apology, but oopps we are fully booked so too bad. I find it unbelievable and frankly thoughtless that the 'family room' would be in such a location and would NOT recommend it for people who are looking for a place to sleep before 12:30am.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to post a review.

I am very sorry you experienced noise on Sunday night of the August Bank Holiday. As explained at the time, the only option I had was to offer finanical compensation which I gladly did. As you rightly pointed out, we were fully booked and I could not move your room.
You had ever right be be annoyed. Again, I apologise profusely.

Best regards,

We started off with a coctail lesson which included 2 coctails, which was great fun.
After we had a procecco reception and a 2 course meal which was fantastic. We knew the food was excellent there as had been before. The bedrooms are really nice and extremely comfortable. It was just perfect with a 1pm check out., followed at 1.30 with afternoon tea for our journey home.

Our party of twelve booked into the Lane Bar of the Ross Hotel for a 30th birthday party. The bar was lovely, the food was tasty and reasonably priced. We then stayed in the bar for drinks. It was a great night out, the bar was decorated well and the staff really were great throughout the night, no matter how busy they got. Particularly Ciara, Eileen and the gut serving mojitos outside were all so friendly and helpful. It really made the night for us. Thanks again!

This hotel, managed by a wonderful young lady named Ciara (Kira) provided clean, comfortable rooms n a small boutique hotel in the center of everything. The friendliness of Ciara and her staff made our trip. The hotel provides good food and a trendy bar for those so inclined. Originally schedules to be at the sister hotel, the Killarney Park, I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I return to Killarney.
