This is a most enjoyable attraction for those who enjoy exercise, spending time in the great outdoors and offers some wonderful views the higher you climb.

This is worth the effort to have the great view from the top. Not really a taxing walk but enjoyable on a sunny April morning, think best to go in the morning and see the day break,

Walked this with my family last week. Three children aged between 9 and 6 years all loved it. The area is well laid out and feels very safe. Very postive for me and my family and they felt great after the exercise! Felt verified to visit Robertinos and Just Deserts after!!!!!

This is a great sets of trail walks for all levels of hikers - from the bottom of the waterfall offers a full on work out, but from the carpark at the top of the waterfall and pretty much at the start of the mountain pass it's about 1 hour to the top of Torc at a strong pace. There are marked routes that are suitable for buggies...although you'll be pushing up hill. There are other areas that offer an intense cardio workout. It's so varied, and so magnificently beautiful.
Torc is massively popular amongst Killarney locals as much as the visitors to this region, and in spite of the traffic these trails are so well maintained. From the mountain pass up to the top of Torc is complete with Sleepers. It's quite boggy soil so you'll be very glad - and of course it keeps the erosion to an absolute minimum.
Torc is 1 of Killarney's utter treasures - such a gift

Three different routes you can take up the mountain. Each has the time it will take and how strenuous. We took the moderate route and it took us about 35 mins. Nice water fall and refreshing walk.
