“Go for a walk...”
Reviewed September 9, 2012

The estate has some wonderful walk routes and its peaceful and quiet.
Don't go expecting to see a grand manor house... there is a house, but it's not something you can walk around its not the original which was on the estate.

“Lovely walks and family friendly cycling so close to the Town Centre”
Reviewed August 15, 2012

Fabulous amentiy so close to the town centre. There is a lovely riverside loop for walkers, bikes and horses. Much more pleasnt since the Jarvey horses took to nappies. Great playground and new cycle / walking route to Fossa. Interesting history of the Browne family / Lord Castlerosse etc.

“country in town”
Reviewed February 16, 2012

This is a beautiful natural environment, close to the town centre, and very widely used by townspeople. No cars, only horses and bicycles and pedestrians. Luckily it wasn't taken over some years ago by the Golf Club!!!!
