Christina provided the best breakfast we had on our trip to Ireland, with a beautifully cooked Irish breakfast on cracking hot plates. The perc coffee was great as well. But there were disappointments. When we arrived, I had to knock on the locked door until Christina arrived. When I said we had a booking she replied, "no you haven't". On checking, she conceded we did and let us in. We were shown to a beautiful room and had just settled in when she asked to move to an inferior and smaller room (double bed and single although we had asked only for a double bed room) - because we had booked only one night and she had a booking for 3 nights. If we were not so tired, we would have left then. Then we were told that a birthday party was being held that night, to keep our window closed. It was very noisy and kept us awake until midnight. If we had been recompensed in some way (such as a complimentary breakfast), we would not have left feeling so aggrieved. Overall the experience was unpleasant.
