Really enjoyed our visit to Galway and three nights in the Park House Hotel which is so convenient to the local shops, restaurants and great walks. The hard working staff were very attentive to the needs of all their guests at breakfast and dinner. Parking may be limited as it is a city centre hotel but there is an excellent valet service to the car park next door. We appreciated having our car parked and returned to us by very pleasant staff when we arrived or wanted to go for a drive.

We stayed for 3 nights and from the moment we were met and greeted by the porter it was a flawless stay. Our car was parked while our cases were taken into reception by the porter. Tea and coffee were offered while check in was being organised. Room was a delux double with a king size bed (very comfy) and was large, spotless and decorated beautifully.
View was a carpark but in a city hotel what would you expect....the cliff of Mohar??. Food was exceptional and special mention should be given to the restaurant staff who were very efficient and professional aswel as being friendly.
Definitely will be recommending this hotel .

We first discovered The Park House Hotel in 2004 and have re-visited about 4 times since, so that speaks for itself. It is a truly comfortable hotel. The rooms are excellent, however on one visit our room didn't have a good aspect but that can't be helped in a city hotel. The food is superb, served in a lovely dining room and the staff couldn't be more helpful. The location just off Eyre Square is excellent. We have taken the train to Galway a couple of times and it is only about 3 mins. walk from the station to the hotel. When we have taken the car we have been well looked after in their car park. We also enjoyed some lovely tea and scones on our arrival!! The Park House Hotel is highly recommended by us to anyone we know who is visiting Galway.

Room Tip: All rooms are very comfortable but the deluxe rooms a really super!!

We were on a shopping/good time break! From the moment we arrived until we left it was just unbelievable. Our car was parked up for us and we didn't need to see it until we reluctantly had to go home. The staff, the food, the whole experience left nothing to be desired.
