We left Hurlers Cross, and went on to Galway, and after 2 million round-abouts, got to where we thought our B&B was at Marless House, run by a Mary Geraghty, Salthill, Threadneedle Road, Galway. Her husband said they had not received our information, and even thought I knew they did, and this aggravated me to the bone, they did find us a B&B not to terribly far away.
We stayed at Ard Mhuire B&B on Knocknacarra Rd.,Salthill, Galway, with Pat and Teresa McDonagh.
Her husband let me use his computer, and their son, Collum, fixed our car where we ran up over a curb earlier in the day.
Our room was clean and large, and the shower was great!
We asked for, and were given recommendations for a place to eat near Galway Bay , but as we saw a fire in the direction of that restaurant, we ate at The Waterfront Restaurant and watched people.
We went back to Ard Mhuire, read a little and went to sleep.
Got up to a wonderful breakfast, and Teresa even fixed us extra tea. With lovely written directions frm Pat to Cong, we were on our way.
I would definitely recommend this lovely home!
