“Lovely cosy, quirky setting and excellent pie!”
Reviewed February 20, 2014 via mobile

We were in Galway for 3 days and visited here twice - that's how good it is! I had banoffee pie both visits (absolutely gorgeous, and with plenty of fresh banana and cream on top), and my partner had feta/spinach and apple pie respectively. Apple pie was said to be the best American-style apple pie she's ever had, and the savoury pie on our first visit was also gorgeous - plenty of filling, and peas/mash/gravy too. I also love the aesthetic of the place - everything has been thought out down to a T, it is a cosy venue but every last detail is in place and it therefore has a fantastic atmosphere to boot. Not to be missed!

“Great food, great service ”

A small charming restaurant with the nicest, chattiest owner ever. Different varieties of pies cost 10e each and comes with mash, peas and gravy. The restaurant is pretty small but the cheaper take away is always an option.

“Really Nice Pie”
Reviewed February 17, 2014

Staff and management are really friendly. Food is good and located just of Shop Street so just 5-10 Minutes walks from and where in the City centre.

“Definitely worth a visit”
Reviewed February 16, 2014

Visited here after seeing comments on Trip Advisor and was not disappointed. Simple menu but very well done. Had the chicken and mushroom, chicken curry and chorizo pies and all were delicious. Accompanying salads also delicious. Converted my daughter to savoury pies! Open 'till 10pm. Would definitely visit again.

“Simple food done exceedingly well”
Reviewed January 27, 2014

Nice informal eatery. Extensive menu of sweet and savoury pies. I had veal sausage and gravy, my companion had chicken and mushroom. Pies come with mushy peas, mash and gravy. Delicious no fuss food. Extensive menu of "alternative" soft drinks. Will be back again.
